Terms & Conditions
Offer available to Consultants only. Qualifying PV of 100 or more must be accumulated on one single order, either placed by the Consultant themselves or by one of their retail customers via their replicated website, between 12:00 AM ET on June 1, 2023, and 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2023. Orders cannot be combined to qualify. Limited Edition Blockbusters only available while supplies last. If the Limited Edition Blockbusters sell out, original Blockbusters will be substituted in Starter Kits.
Free Blockbusters will be selected at random and will be included in the original order placed by the Consultant. If the qualifying order is placed by a retail customer, the free Blockbuster pack will be automatically included in the next order their sponsoring Consultant places. If no order is placed by the Consultant during the promotional period, Paparazzi Support will contact the Consultant to coordinate payment of applicable shipping and handling charges to have the Blockbuster pack sent to them.
Orders exceeding 100 PV will not qualify for multiple Blockbuster packs. For example, an order of 200 PV will not qualify for a second Blockbuster pack. However, additional qualifying orders of 100 PV each can be placed throughout the month to receive additional Blockbuster packs.
Orders that are combined automatically as a result of increased site traffic will be considered for promotion eligibility individually. For example, if a Consultant places four orders of 100 PV each during a period of high web traffic, the orders would ship in the same box, and each would qualify for a free pack of Blockbusters, as each individual order met the PV requirement. In contrast, if a Consultant places four orders of 25 PV each and they are combined due to increased site traffic, no free Blockbusters would be included in the shipment that contained all four of the orders because each individual order failed to meet the 100 PV minimum.
If a Consultant chooses to sell the free Blockbusters, they should contact their accountant or tax professional concerning the sales/use tax laws in their state.
Pursuant to Section 5.19 of the Policies and Procedures regarding inventory loading, it is important to remember that Consultants should not purchase more products than they can reasonably use or sell to retail customers in a month.
